Privacy Policy

TA.TEC Consulting GmbH attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy informs you how we handle your data, which data we process, and for what purpose – always in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Important terms at a glance

For better understanding, we will first explain key terms:

  • Personal data:
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as a name, email address, telephone number, or IP address.

  • Voluntary notification:
If you submit data to us via our website or email, this is done voluntarily. You decide what information you provide to us.

  • Mediation activity:
We broker products, services, and software solutions from carefully selected partners – on a commission basis and without our own production or warehousing. TA.TEC acts solely as an intermediary.

  • Direct sales:
TA.TEC Consulting GmbH does not engage in direct sales in the traditional sense. The company does not sell its own physical products and does not handle warehousing or distribution under its own name.
Our technology and business consulting services are provided exclusively in our own name. Products and technical solutions—such as manual wire bonders or software solutions for electronics manufacturing—are offered exclusively as brokers, on a commission basis, and in collaboration with selected partners and manufacturers.
After-sales services such as installation, maintenance, or technical support for manual wire bonders and software solutions – especially for manufacturers we officially represent – are provided within a contractually defined sales territory and beyond, always in close coordination with the respective manufacturer.

  • Express consent:
We only pass on personal data if you have expressly consented to this in advance – for example, if a manufacturer needs your contact details to create and send an offer.

  • Disclosure to third parties for contract fulfilment:
If it is necessary to process an order, we will transmit your data to selected partners – but only to the extent necessary and only after your express consent.
